Since 1992, Éclats de Rire Productions has been nurturing a fine reputation for reliable shows driven by two characters, Chocolat and Nicoletta.
The majestic multifaceted artist Nicolette Hazewinkel teams up with Rodrigue “Chocolat” Tremblay, the short yet mischievous clown, for a striking brand of high-level entertainment that combines the circus arts, theatre and vaudevillian comedy. The common denominator: the clowning arts.
As a couple, Nicoletta and Chocolat form the classic paradox. Her elegance, grace and sweetness are a charmingly tender counterpoint to his restlessly eccentric and perpetual desire to have fun.
